Private payrolls grew by 217,000 in November, according to ADP Research Institute.
Employment was boosted by the service sector, which added 204,000 jobs, the institute said in a release.
The goods-producing sector added 13,000 jobs.
Economists had estimated that payrolls grew by 190,000 in November, up from a revised 196,000 (from 182,000) in the prior period, according to Bloomberg.
