Sprint (S, -0.50%) is in exclusive talks with Charter Communications (CHTR, +0.56%)and Comcast (CMCSA, +0.23%) to explore a deal that could boost the cable companies’ wireless service, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
